The three projects indicated above represent two renovations by ICO of existing vacant buildings (World Plaza and Cooley Drive) and one “ground up,” single story office building constructed on a build-to-suit basis for the County (Hesperia Plaza). These three projects totaled 62,000 square feet of office space and all three were completed on schedule and within the collective original budget of approximately $3 million.
