Jacob Jalil, Asset Manager
Jacob Jalil is in charge of the overall property management of ICO’s Southern California properties. Mr. Jalil is responsible for the internal and external management and operation services for the ICO Development portfolio of assets. He is in charge of directing all management activities including leasing, rent collection, budgeting, routine inspection, obtaining bids from vendors, and preparation of contracts. He is a significant addition to the property management division, bringing with him over twenty years of field experience in all facets of portfolio management.
