County of San Bernardino Transitional Assistance Department Building (Waterman Holdings, LLC)
This development project, which is currently under construction for a fourth-quarter 2008 occupancy, represents a 50,000 square foot “ground up” office building being constructed on a build-to-suit basis for the County. This project represents the first LEED certified, green building constructed for the County of San Bernardino, with the certification process being initiated by ICO and not required under the operating lease executed by the County. The project is also a public-private partnership with the City of San Bernardino. The project’s budget has been set at approximately $10 million.
